Final Payment & Shipping
After final confirmation, we send a scan for checking and then ship the original by EMS.

Original Power of Attorney Is Required
Scanned or photographed copies are not sufficient. The original signed document must be mailed to our office.
Consultation Fee Is Non-Refundable
The consultation and verification fee is non-refundable even if the certificate does not exist or cannot be issued.
Shipping Is Handled After Completion
Once dispatched, we provide a tracking number. Shipping inquiries after dispatch should be made to the carrier.

Can I request support from outside Japan?
Yes. This service is designed for clients living abroad who need official Japanese certificates and related support.
Can you confirm whether the document can be issued before I proceed?
In many cases, yes. If the relevant city office or authority is already known, we may first check whether a specific document is likely to be available as part of the USD 50 consultation and verification step. However, if the case requires additional research, such as identifying the correct honseki, head of family, municipality, or record history, a separate investigation fee will apply.
Can you handle apostille and translation too?
Yes. Apostille and English translation are available depending on the case and document type.
Can a representative contact you on my behalf?
Communication support may be possible, but we must verify the identity of the actual applicant directly before proceeding.
