Keiko is a godsend! She worked tirelessly to locate documents we weren't sure existed in Fukuoka- and was able to get answers we would've never found otherwise. She contacted several wards and learned my parents' marriage certificate was no longer archived due to its age. She was also able to obtain a Certificate of Acceptance of Notification of Marriage to prove their marriage instead, had it apostilled (very quickly), and did a great job translating it to English. We are immensely grateful for Keiko's persistence in obtaining information on my late mother's koseki and marriage records. Great communication and a pleasure to work with. She was happy to answer our questions and anticipated our needs throughout the process, so there were no surprises.
